I want you to know that I went away last week to another city, paid a hotel room and gas to get there and went to another class.  I already liked and appreciated you but now I see how you must obviously walk on water! :)  Your classes are so much more informative and interactive than the one I went to.  The people were all very nice and helpful but I truly appreciate your teaching even more than before.  So thanks for all you do!  - Marilyn S.

Our most demanded class, it will soon be time for a repeat. I have also had several people say they would like to take it again to refresh or to re-inspire, so if that is a good idea for you, we would love to have you. Learn (or correct mistakes you are making) how to cover a cake in fondant flawlessly, and without great effort. Seasoned professionals have enjoyed learning our method, which corrected years of mistakes and effort. You won't just learn the basics here - you will leave with a whole new bag of tricks that will have you skipping that step of "beginner". The cakes that have come out of this class have been extremely impressive. So, if you are ready to impress yourself, please join us!!!
